The latest offering of Tiger Shroff’s Ganapath has failed to attract audience and registered a poor opening weekend. The film has now entered on weekdays and recorded a significant drop in business on Monday.
Over the weekend, Vikas Bahl’s directorial bagged only Rs 6.75 crore which included Rs 2.50 crore on Friday, Rs 2.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 2.25 crore on Sunday. Then on the next day i.e. Monday, being a normal working day, Ganapath raked the business of Rs 1.30 crore. With this, the 4 days total collection of the film has become Rs 8.30 crores nett at the domestic box office.
In parallel, Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri and Pearl V Puri starrer Yaariyan 2 had remained low and did the business of Rs 3.50 crores in the first weekend with Rs 1.20 crore on Friday, Rs 1.30 crores on Saturday & Rs 1 crores on Sunday. On Monday, it has managed to collect the amount of Rs 0.50 crore*. After 4 days, the total collection of the film has become Rs 4 crores* nett.
On the other hand, Ravi Teja’s Pan-India’s film Tiger Nageswara Rao took a decent start on Friday and had bagged the amount of Rs 15.28 crores in the first weekend which included Rs 6.55 crore on Friday, Rs 4.13 crore on Saturday and Rs 4.60 crore on Sunday.
Now the film has entered on weekdays and managed to collect Rs 4.06 crores on Monday. This has raised its 4 days total collection to Rs 19.34 crores nett at the domestic box office.
