Gadar 2 and OMG 2 8th day collection: Sunny Deol starrer Gardar 2 is continuing its dream run at the box office. After entering the Rs 200-crore club within five days of its release, Anil Sharma’s directorial venture has crossed Rs 300-crore mark today.
Produced by Zee Studios, Anil Sharma Productions and MM Moives, Gadar 2 did the business of Rs 284.63 crores in the opening week that included Rs 134.88 crores in the opening weekend and Rs 149.75 crores on weekdays.
Gadar 2 has continued to rake in huge moolah in the second week as well. On its second Friday, the film collected Rs 20.50 crores and raised 8 days total domestic collection to Rs 305.13 crores nett.
On the other hand, Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 is also showing excellent performance at the box office despite a clash with another major Hindi film. It had raked the business of Rs 85.05 crores in the first week that included Rs 43.11 crores in the weekend and 41.94 crores on weekdays.
On 2nd Friday, Amit Rai’s directorial has maintained a solid-grip and minted the amount of Rs 6.03 crores. After 8 days, the total collection of OMG 2 has become Rs 91.08 crores nett at the domestic box office.
