Gadar 2 And OMG 2 box office collection day 3: A great opening weekend has been registered by Sunny Deol’s much anticipated offering Gadar 2, while Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 has also had a good response at the box office.
From critics as well as audience, it has received mostly positive reviews and gathered a solid word of mouth. As a result, it was opened at a terrific note and did the business of Rs 40.10 crores.
While on Saturday, it had picked up again and minted Rs 43.08 crores. On the next day i.e. Sunday, with further growth, the film has bagged the amount of Rs 51.70 crores and raised its opening weekend total collection to Rs 134.88 crores nett.
In parallel, the Hindi satirical comedy-drama OMG 2 directed by Amit Rai has also got succeed to impress many in theatres and had started the journey at a good note and did the business of Rs 10.26 crores on Friday.
Over the weekend, with a maintained pace, it managed to collect Rs 15.30 crores on Saturday & Rs 17.55 crores on Sunday. After 3 days, the total collection of the film has become Rs 43.11 crores nett.
