Gadar 2 and OMG 2 box office collection day 25: Gadar 2 is set to finish a month at the box office in just a few days, yet the film is not slowing down at the domestic market. The film entered the Rs 500-crore club within 24 days of its release.
Anil Sharma’s directorial Hindi period action drama Gadar 2 has impressed everyone in theatres and gathered a super positive word of mouth. As a result, it did the business of Rs 482.45 crores with Rs 284.63 crores in the first, Rs 134.47 crores in the second and Rs 63.35 crores in the third week.
In the fourth weekend as well, Sunny Deol’s actioner had remained steady and minted Rs 18.72 crores with Rs 5.20 crore on Friday, Rs 5.72 crore on Saturday & Rs 7.80 crores on Sunday. On 4th Monday, the film has faced a slight drop than Friday and collected Rs 2.50 crore. After 25 days, its domestic total collection has become Rs 503.67 crores nett.
On the other hand, Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 did the business of Rs 141.82 crores in the last three weeks which included Rs 85.05 crores in the first week, Rs 41.37 crores in the second & Rs 15.40 crores in the third week.
In the fourth weekend, the film raked the business of Rs 4.90 crores which included Rs 1.10 crores on Friday, Rs 1.60 crores on Saturday & Rs 2.20 crores on Sunday. On 3rd Monday, as usual, OMG 2 recorded a significant drop and minted the amount of Rs 0.75 crore. After 25 days, its total domestic collection has become Rs 147.47 crores nett.
