Gadar 2 and OMG 2 box office collection day 11: Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 is raking in the moolah. The film, which has been collecting big bucks since day one of its release, has minted an impressive numbers till now.
Anil Sharma’s directorial Gadar 2 had raked the business of Rs 284.63 crores in the opening week that included Rs 134.88 crores in the opening weekend and Rs 149.75 crores on weekdays. On 2nd Friday, Zee Studios, Anil Sharma Productions and MM Movies’ production had started the second weekend at a strong note and scored Rs 20.50 crores.
In the second weekend as well, Gadar 2 had remained rock-steady and managed to score Rs 90.47 crores with Rs 20.50 crores on Friday, Rs 31.07 crores on Saturday & Rs 38.90 crores on Sunday. On the next day i.e. 2nd Monday, after a usual drop, the film has bagged the amount of 13.50 crores and raised 12 days total domestic collection to Rs 388.60 crores.
On the other hand, Akshay Kumar starrer ‘OMG 2’ had raked the business of Rs 85.05 crores in the first week that included Rs 43.11 crores in the weekend and Rs 41.94 crores on weekdays.
Then in the second weekend, Amit Rai’s directorial had collected 17.94 crores with Rs 6.03 crores on Friday, Rs 10.53 crores on Saturday & Rs 12.06 crores on Sunday. On 2nd Monday, the film has recorded a usual drop and minted Rs 3.70 crores. With this, its 12 days total collection has become Rs 117.37 crores.
