Fukrey 3 and The Vaccine War box office collection day 1: The two new Hindi offerings Fukrey 3 and The Vaccine War hit the theatres on 28th September 2023. Both the film getting positive reviews from critics as well as audience.
Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Fukrey 3 is the third installment of the Fukrey franchise, after Fukrey (2013) and Fukrey Returns (2017). The movie stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadha and Pankaj Tripathi.
On the opening day, it reported lower advance bookings but took a fair start on Thursday with 12-13% occupancy in the morning. With a good contribution from mass centres, the film managed to collect Rs 8.82 crores nett on day 1 at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, Vivek Agnihotri’s directorial The Vaccine War had started the journey at a slow note and has remained almost similar over the evening and night shows. As a result, it has managed to collect Rs 0.76 crores nett on Friday,
The Vaccine War is based on the true story of the development of Covaxin during the COVID-19 pandemic in India. The film features Nana Patekar, Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, Anupam Kher, Girija Oak, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Sapthami Gowda, and Mohan Kapur.
