Aayush Sharma has officially joined the cast of Ragini 3, adding another prominent name to the franchise’s latest installment headlined by Tamannaah Bhatia. According to a report by Variety India, producer Ektaa Kapoor has cast Aayush in a pivotal role in the upcoming supernatural thriller.
The film will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh. With Aayush’s addition, the lead cast now appears to be finalized. The project also features Junaid Khan and Nargis Fakhri in key roles.
As per reports, Tamannaah’s character will share romantic arcs with both Aayush Sharma and Junaid Khan, while Nargis Fakhri will reportedly play a police officer.
The film previously faced delays after original director Sahir Raza exited the project due to scheduling conflicts with a Netflix series. Production was initially expected to begin in January 2026 but was postponed following the change in direction.
Now back in active pre-production under Shashanka Ghosh, Ragini 3 is reportedly set to go on floors in July 2026, with the makers aiming for a theatrical release later this year.
