The first song from the upcoming action-romance Gunmaaster G9, titled ‘Afsaana Banaaya Aapne’, is set to release tomorrow. The song brings together Himesh Reshammiya and Asees Kaur on vocals, with Himesh also composing and writing the track.
The song’s title is expected to evoke memories of the much-loved musical Aashiq Banaya Aapne, marking a reunion between actor Emraan Hashmi, director Aditya Datt, and music director Himesh Reshammiya.
Gunmaaster G9 stars Emraan Hashmi alongside Genelia Deshmukh and Aparshakti Khurana, with Abhishek Singh also joining the principal cast. Directed by Aditya Datt, the film promises a high-octane blend of action, romance and music.
The project also marks another collaboration between Hashmi and Himesh Reshammiya under the banner of Himesh Reshammiya Melodies, following their earlier association with Aashiq Banaya Aapne.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 27, 2026. Before the film arrives in cinemas, ‘Afsaana Banaaya Aapne’ will be the first musical glimpse into the world of Gunmaaster G9, releasing tomorrow.
