Ajay Devgn’s latest crime thriller Drishyam The Conclusion is enjoying a phenomenal run at the Indian box office. The film has maintained a strong hold through its first five days, despite witnessing the expected dip on the weekdays.
According to the latest box office figures, Drishyam: The Conclusion collected Rs 20 crore on Day 5 (Tuesday). The film had opened to an impressive Rs 62 crore on Friday, which coincided with Gandhi Jayanti, followed by Rs 52 crore on Saturday and Rs 60.50 crore on Sunday. The film then collected Rs 21 crore on Monday.
With Tuesday’s Rs 20 crore collection, the film’s five-day total stands at Rs 215.50 crore at the India box office.
The film’s performance becomes even more significant when its franchise numbers are taken into account. The Drishyam franchise has now collectively amassed Rs 519.67 crore at the Indian box office, moving ahead of Ajay Devgn’s Singham franchise, which stands at Rs 509.27 crore.
Drishyam The Conclusion is a crime thriller co-written, produced and directed by Abhishek Pathak. Produced by Panorama Studios and Star Studio18, the film serves as a sequel to Drishyam 2 (2022).
The movie features Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Jaideep Ahlawat, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav in key roles.
