Dream Girl 2 day 7 box office collection: Ayushmann Khurrana, Ananya Panday, Annu Kapoor, Manjot Singh and Vijay Raaz starrer comedy-drama ‘Dream Girl 2’ has successfully completed a week today in theatres.
Raaj Shaandilya’s directorial, the Hindi comedy-drama has registered an excellent opening weekend. In first 3 days, it did the business of Rs 40.71 crores that included Rs 10.69 crores on Friday, Rs 14.02 crores on Saturday & Rs 16 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays as well, Dream Girl 2 has successfully maintained a solid grip and minted Rs 5.42 crores on Monday, Rs 5.87 crores on Tuesday & Rs 7.50 crores on Wednesday. On the next day i.e. Thursday, the film has remained steady managed to collect Rs 7.50 crores and raised one week total collection to Rs 67 crores at the domestic box office.
Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, the film is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 film starring Ayushmann as a call center guy who can talk like a woman. In Dream Girl 2, he plays Pooja as he dresses up like a woman for money.
Dream Girl 2 has one more week to strike gold at the ticket counters before Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan hits theatres worldwide on September 7.
