Dream Girl 2 box office collection day 14: Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday starrer Dream Girl 2 has passed its second week at a steady note. Helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, Dream Girl 2 hit the silver screen on August 25.
In the opening week, the Hindi comedy-drama has got succeed to entertain everyone and did the business of Rs 67 crores in the first week. In the second weekend, it had maintained a strong pace and raked Rs 19.16 crores that included Rs 4.70 crores on Friday, Rs 6.36 crores on Saturday & Rs 8.10 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays as well, Dream Girl 2 has remained-steady and minted the amount of Rs 2.80 crores on 2nd Monday, Rs 3 crores on 2nd Tuesday & Rs 2.65 crores on 2nd Wednesday. On the next day i.e. 2nd Thursday, it has managed to collect 1 crores and raised 2 weeks total collection to Rs 95.61 crores nett.
Along with Ayushmann and Ananya, Dream Girl 2 also features Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Manjot Singh, and others in pivotal roles.
Bankrolled by Ekta and Shobha Kapoor s Balaji Motion Pictures, the romantic comedy is a sequel to the 2019 release of the same name. The original starred Nushrratt Bharuccha alongside Ayushmann while the makers roped in Ananya Panday to play the lead in the sequel.
