The Aditya Dhar directed spy-thriller Dhurandhar2 (Dhurandhar: The Revenge) has officially morphed from a hit into a “Box Office Tsunami.” After a historic 7-day run, the film entered its Day 8 (2nd Thursday) with the same ferocity, refusing to let the weekday blues dent its armor.

Starring Ranveer Singh in a career-defining performance as the undercover operative Hamza (Jaskirat Singh Rangi), the sequel has not only crossed the monumental Rs 1,000 crore mark worldwide in record time but is now systematically dismantling the lifetime records of the biggest Indian blockbusters.
While most big-budget films witness a steep 50–60% drop by their eighth day, Dhurandhar 2 actually showed a marginal uptick compared to its previous day.
