Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy action-thriller has taken the country by storm, backed by a star-studded cast led by Ranveer Singh, alongside Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan.
Serving as the sequel to Dhurandhar (2025) and the final chapter of the duology, the film dives deeper into the story of an undercover Indian intelligence agent infiltrating Karachi’s criminal syndicates and political circles, while seeking revenge for the 26/11 attacks and facing even greater threats.
From the outset, the film has delivered exceptional numbers. It opened with Rs 50 crore in paid previews on Wednesday, followed by a massive Rs 90 crore on Thursday. While Friday saw a slight dip to Rs 81 crore, the weekend surge was phenomenal—Rs 109 crore on Saturday and a peak Rs 113 crore on Sunday.
As anticipated, collections dipped on weekdays but remained remarkably strong. Monday brought in Rs 60 crore, and on Day 6 (Tuesday), the film added Rs 54 crore. With this, the total stands at a staggering Rs 557 crore (India nett) in just six days.
Despite the weekday slowdown, these figures underline the film’s massive appeal and strong word-of-mouth among audiences. The blend of high-octane action, patriotic undertones, and gripping storytelling has helped it sustain momentum beyond the opening weekend.
With Rs 557 crore already secured, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is now racing towards the Rs 600 crore. If the trend continues and the second weekend delivers another boost, the film could emerge as one of the biggest blockbusters in recent times.
