Dasara box office collection day 5: Dasara’s fever is unstoppable as the recently released pan-India film starring Nani has shattered all box office records.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, the film has been praised by critics, celebs and audiences for its gripping storyline, stunning visuals, and powerful performances. Overwhelmed by the love and admiration received from audiences, makers of Dasara have reduced the cost of tickets for the Hindi version to just Rs 112/- from Monday to Thursday.
Released on Thursday, Dasara was opened at a terrific note and managed to register the biggest opener of Nani’s career with Rs 23.20 crores nett. While over the weekend, it showed solid hold and managed to collect Rs 9.75 crores on Friday, Rs 12.10 crore on Saturday and Rs 12.60 crore on Sunday. After 4 days, its total collection has become Rs 57.65 crores nett including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions.
Then on the next day i.e. Monday, being a normal working day, Dasara recorded a drop of around 62.57% than Friday and raked the business of 3.65 crores. With this, the 5 days total collection of the film has become 61.30 crores nett at the domestic box office including all formats.
While at the worldwide box office, it has grossed Rs 92 crores. Along with Nani, it also stars Keerthy Suresh, Dheekshith Shetty and Shine Tom Chacko in key roles.
