Crew box office collection day 7: Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon’s Crew has set the cash registers ringing ever since it released on March 29.
Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, Crew was opened at a good note on Friday in the morning but recorded solid growth post noon shows and did the business of Rs 10.28 crores. Over the weekend, Crew recorded a little jump and raked the business of Rs 10.87 crores on Saturday & Rs 11.45 crores on Sunday.
On Monday, it faced a drop of 60.52% vis-a-vis Friday and minted the amount of Rs 4.52 crores. By remaining steady further, it managed to collect Rs 4 crores on Tuesday, Rs 3.30 crores on Wednesday and Rs 3.12 crore on Thursday. After 7 days, the total collection of Crew has become Rs 47.54 crores nett at the domestic box office.
The heist comedy also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma. Saswata Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma and Kulbhushan Kharbanda also round out the cast of Crew.
It is produced by Rhea Kapoor and Anil Kapoor under Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network, and Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor of Balaji Motion Pictures.
