Actor Dhanush’s film ‘Captain Miller’, which was scheduled to hit the screens on 15 December 2023, has got a new release date.
“Our #CAPTAINMILLER is all set for a grand Release this PONGAL / SANKRANTI 2024 😎” reads the latest social media post from Sathya Jyothi Films, the production house bankrolling this ambitious project.
Directed by Arun Matheswaran of Rocky and Saani Kayidham-fame, the forthcoming film also stars Shivarajkumar and Priyanka Mohan in prominent roles. Sundeep Kishan, Nivedhithaa Sathish and John Kokken are also part of the ensemble star cast.
Set in the 1980s, the period action-adventure film has been produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films. G V Prakash Kumar composes the music for the film, while Siddhartha Nuni handles the cinematography.
Captain Miller will now be released on Pongal 2024.
