After winning hearts with the soulful track Koi Naa, the makers of Bhool Chuk Maaf are back with another chartbuster—Chor Bazari Phir Se. Rekindling the nostalgic magic of the original Chor Bazari, this remake brings together the dynamic duo of Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, capturing their romantic camaraderie on screen.
Composed by the music duo Pritam and Tanishk Bagchi, and penned by the lyrical genius Irshad Kamil, the song blends classic charm with a modern twist. Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Neeraj Shridhar, Zahrah S Khan, and Tanishk Bagchi, Chor Bazari Phir Se is already making waves with its high-energy melody coupled with the duo’s unmatched synergy.
Rajkummar Rao spoke about the hit track, saying, “Chor Bazari Phir Se is such a vibe! It captures Ranjan and Titli’s chemistry so well. Shooting it was an absolute blast, and I hope the audience feels that same energy.”
Wamiqa Gabbi added, “It’s playful, dramatic, and full of mischief—just like Titli. Audiences will get to see a very different, endearing side to our characters.”
The singer, Sunidhi Chauhan too expressed her excitement about being a part of the project and said, “There’s something irresistibly captivating about this composition – it grabs you instantly, and before you know it, you’re humming along and tapping your feet every time it plays!”
The co-producer, Tanishk Bagchi talked about his inspiration behind the fresh take on the 2009 hit, “We wanted to blend nostalgia with something fresh. This track has the soul of the original but with a 2025 edge—big beats, big feels.”
Bhool Chuk Maaf, directed by debutant Karan Sharma, is set to release in theatres worldwide on May 9, 2025.
