Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Maidaan box office collection day 1: The action thriller Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, is finally in theaters and registered a poor opening on Thursday. While Ajay Devgn’s sports drama Maidaan also took a slow start.
On Friday, BMCM opened on a low note in the morning and recorded a decent jump in footfall from the evening shows. At the end of the day, the Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial registered a business of Rs 16.07 crores nett at the domestic box office.
On the other hand, the Amit Sharma directorial Maidaan is getting positive reactions from the audience. But, the film had a horrible first day.
On Wednesday, when there was a limited release of the film, it earned Rs 2.6 crore. Maidaan earned Rs 4.65 crore nett in India on its first day for all languages. So far, the film has minted Rs 7.25 crore nett.
