The new Hindi offering of this week, Himesh Reshammiya starrer Badass Ravi Kumar is now in theatres opposite to Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan’s Loveyapa which has also released on the same day.
Directed by Keith Gomes, musical action comedy drama Badass Ravi Kumar has got succeed to live up to the expectations. From the critics as well, it has received mostly positive reviews and gathered a good word of mouth.
On the opening day, Badass Ravi Kumar has started on a good note and witnessed overall decent occupancy of 14% across the country. As its opening day collection, it reported the business of around Rs 3.52 crores.
Whereas opposite release Loveyapa has started on an average note and witnessed overall 5-6% in India. It has recorded its first day collection as 1 crore.
Directed by Advait Chandan, Loveyapa is a remake of the 2022 Tamil film Love Today and it tells the story of a young couple who are forced to swap their phones before getting married.
