Honouring the memories of late actor Rajiv Kapoor, filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker alongwith Bhushan Kumar hosted an exclusive special screening of veteran actor’s last film Toolsidas Junior in Mumbai today.
Rajiv Kapoor lost his battle to life with a cardiac arrest, on the 9th February last year. Marking a year to his unfortunate demise, the makers of ‘Toolsidas Junior’ hosted a special screening for the Kapoor family attended by Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Aadar Jain, Armaan Jain, Rima Jain, Kunal Kapoor alongwith producers Ashutosh and Sunita Gowariker, Bhushan Kumar and director Mridul.
‘Toolsidas Junior’ marks Ashutosh Gowariker and Bhushan Kumar’s first joint production while the duo had previously collaborated for Swades, wherein T-Series partnered for the music.
Starring the late actor Rajiv Kapoor alongwith Sanjay Dutt, Toolsidas Junior is an inspiring human sports drama produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar under the banner of T-Series with Ashutosh Gowariker & Sunita Gowariker’s Ashutosh Gowariker Productions (AGPPL), and is written & directed by Mridul.
