Filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film Singham Again has found its villain in Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor. Singham Again is the third film in the Ajay Devgn-led Singham series, which started with 2011’s Singham and was followed by Singham Returns in 2014.
Introducing him, Rohit Shetty wrote, “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai…Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai (Man makes mistakes, and he is also punished for it. But the person who comes now is a devil)! CAN I SAY – INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR!”
In the poster, he dons a gory look with his face smeared in blood. In fact, if you just replace his black kurta with white, it won’t be too difficult to see Suriya’s Rolex from ‘Vikram’. He seems ruthless, revelling in bloodshed as he holds a bloodied axe.
‘Singham Again’ will be the latest addition to Rohit Shetty’s cop universe which will see the return of Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham. Earlier, Shetty had confirmed that the film will also feature Lady Singham, played by Deepika Padukone.
Tiger Shroff is also joining the cop universe this time. He will play ACP Satya and it is being said that he will be taking the story forward. Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi and Ranveer Singh as Simmba will also be a part of the film.
