Animal box office collection day 10: Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal had a blockbuster second weekend too. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga has entered the Rs 700 crore club at the worldwide box office.
Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures, Animal had done the business of Rs 300.81 crores in the opening week, which included Rs 176.58 in the weekend and Rs 124.23 crores on weekdays.
Animal is now running in the second week and had started the weekend at a super-solid note by collecting Rs 21.56 crores on Friday. With a huge jump on Saturday, it had bagged Rs 32.47 crores. Then on Sunday, the film has managed to collect Rs 33.53 crores and raised 11 days total collection to Rs 388.37 crores nett from Hindi version.
The film stars Rashmika Mandanna opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol is the prime antagonist. Anil Kapoor, Shakti Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Prithviraj, Siddhant Karnick also star in the film.
The story of the movie revolves around the strained relationship between a son and a father, played by Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, respectively.
