With just a week away from the release, Akshay Kumar released a new song from his upcoming film Kesari Chapter 2 titled ‘O Shera – Teer Te Taj’. The new song features Akshay Kumar and is crooned by Manmohan Waris, Kamal Heer & Sangtar, composed by Sangtar while Sukhwinder Amrit has penned the lyrics.
The actor took to social media to share the song and wrote, “अब समय आ गया है…सच्चाई की गरज सुनने और वीरता की ताक़त महसूस करने का! 🔥O Shera (Teer Te Taj Film Version) song out now. #KesariChapter2 in cinemas 18th April, worldwide.”
Kesai 2 is inspired by real-life events and adapted from The Case That Shook the Empire, a book written by Raghu Palat, the great-grandson of Sankaran Nair, along with his wife Pushpa Palat.
The film is directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, Kesari Chapter 2 also features R. Madhavan and Ananya Panday.
Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh is backed by Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films, and Leo Media Collective. It hits theatres on 18th April 2025.
