There’s another side to Vvaan waiting to be unveiled and after taking audiences into a mysterious world of folklore, forbidden forests and supernatural forces with its teaser, the makers are now ready to change the mood and introduce its romantic streak with “Samjho Na”, the first upcoming song from the film.

The track will bring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia together for the first major musical showcase of the fresh pairing. If the teaser made audiences curious about the world they are entering, “Samjho Na” will offer the first real opportunity to see who are these people, making us root for their chemistry which will take center stage.
The change of gears is what promises to make the song interesting. Vvaan is building an expansive folklore-fantasy world, but at its centre are two characters whose relationship gives the larger adventure an emotional core. The track is composed and produced by Tanishk Bagchi, with Jubin Nautiyal and Suvarna Tiwari on vocals and Manoj Muntashir on lyrics. Krishna Kishor has handled additional live production, while the track has been mixed and mastered by Eric Pillai at Future Sound of Bombay with Michael Edwin Pillai as assistant mix engineer.
There will also be a beautiful musical combination at play. Jubin’s instantly recognizable romantic voice paired with Suvarna Tiwari’s vocals gives “Samjho Na” the makings of a song designed to carry the emotional heft of the film, while Tanishk Bagchi brings his contemporary Hindi-film sound to a story rooted in folklore.
For Sidharth and Tamannaah, however, the biggest reveal may simply be how they look together. The two actors have never shared the screen before, and “Samjho Na” will be the first proper window into their chemistry away from the action, mystery and supernatural imagery that have dominated the campaign so far.
The teaser asked audiences to enter the world of Vvaan. “Samjho Na” will ask them to feel it.
Backed by some of the country’s most distinctive storytellers, The Vvaan brings together TVF’s Arunabh Kumar, director Deepak Mishra and Ektaa Kapoor for a commercial film that attempts to take Indian folklore into a new cinematic space. While its world is rooted in folklore and fantasy, the film brings together adventure, mystery and humour to shape itself as a complete family entertainer. The ambition extends beyond the film, with The Legend of Vvaan comic book already introducing audiences to the larger folklore surrounding its universe.
Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with TVF and 11.11 Production, The Vvaan stars Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia. Written by Arunabh Kumar and directed by Deepak Mishra, with Manu Anand as DOP and Visual Director, the film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari.
The Vvaan arrives in cinemas on September 25, 2026, promising a big-screen fantasy folklore experience where the visuals, music, mystery and scale come together to create a world audiences will want to step into.
