Adipurush box office collection day 1: Om Raut’s multi-starrer ‘Adipurush’ with Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles released this Friday amidst high-expectations.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Adipurush has unfortunately got failed to convince many critics as well as audience due to its VFX, dialogues, appearance of characters and much more.
Coming to the box office performance, Adipurush has taken a humongous start at the box office in India. According to early estimates, the Prabhas starrer has collected in the range of Rs 37.25 crore on its opening day in Hindi, which is the second-biggest opening after Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan Rs 55 crores in Hindi.
Adipurush has also emerged as the second biggest opener for Prabhas in Hindi after Baahubali 2 (Rs 41 crores nett), surpassing his previous releases Saaho (Rs 24.40 crores nett) and Radhe Shyam (Rs 4.44 crores nett).
Including all the versions, Adipurush has done the business of 86.75 crores nett (Hindi Rs 37.25 cr, Telugu Rs 48 cr, Malayalam Rs 0.40 cr, Tamil Rs 0.70 cr and Kannada Rs 0.40 cr) at the Indian box office.
