Some promises stay with us, finding a way to live on through memories, hope and emotions. Bringing this sentiment to life, the makers of PRATAP, starring Amit Sadh and Esha Deol, have released their latest song, ‘Mai Vapas Aaunga’, on November 4, 2026. Featuring the voices of Shashwat Singh and Pratigya, with music composed by Afzalali, the song adds a soulful and emotional dimension to the film.
Somewhere between memories and hope, ‘Mai Vapas Aaunga’ captures the feeling of a promise that continues to live on. Centred around two hearts connected by an emotional bond, the song reflects love, longing and the hope of being reunited. Its heartfelt composition offers a glimpse into the more personal and emotional world of PRATAP.
Speaking about the song, actor Amit Sadh said, “ ‘Mai Vapas Aaunga’ beautifully captures an emotion that is deeply personal and universal at the same time. The idea of a promise, of holding on to hope and believing in a return, is something that resonates with all of us. The song brings out a softer, more emotional side of PRATAP, and I hope audiences connect with the feeling behind it.”
Singer Shashwat Singh shared, “ ‘Mai Vapas Aaunga’ is a song that beautifully captures the emotions of love, memories and hope. There is something very special about the idea of a promise that continues to live on, no matter the distance or circumstances. I wanted the vocals to carry that sense of longing and warmth, and I hope listeners connect with the song and its emotions in their own way.”
