The official trailer for Haiwaan has officially dropped, offering a intense look into director Priyadarshan’s latest psychological thriller. Reuniting powerhouse actors Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan, the film steps away from lighthearted comedy to deliver a gritty narrative centered on mystery, vengeance, and deception.
In Haiwaan, Saif Ali Khan plays a visually impaired martial artist and caretaker who uses his heightened sensory abilities to shield a young girl and her family, only to be framed for murder and hunted down. Facing off against him, Akshay Kumar plays the antagonist—a cold, psychopathic serial killer consumed by revenge, who relentlessly targets Saif’s character and those around him in a high-stakes psychological game.
Director Priyadarshan uses the background score to build suspense throughout the trailer. The visuals and pacing further add to the mystery, hinting at a theatrical thriller centred around the confrontation between the two leads.
