Disha Patani has teased the upcoming song from her much-awaited film Awarapan 2. Taking to Instagram, the actress shared a special note for the track, revealing that it is one of her favourite songs from the film.
Sharing a poster on Instagram, Disha wrote, “One of my favourite tracks out tomorrow 🤍.” She also tagged singer Akhil Sachdeva, director Nitin Kakkar, Vishesh Bhatt, co-star Emraan Hashmi, music label Sony Music India and others associated with the project. The post was accompanied by the hashtags #PiyaGharAaya and #Awarapan2.
All About ‘Awarapan 2’
Directed by Nitin Kakkar, Awarapan 2 is an upcoming Hindi-language action thriller produced by Vishesh Bhatt under the banner of Vishesh Films. The film stars Emraan Hashmi, Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi in key roles.
The movie serves as a sequel to Mohit Suri’s 2007 film Awarapan, which starred Emraan Hashmi in the lead role and developed a strong following over the years.
The official trailer of Awarapan 2 was released on August 6, 2026, giving audiences a glimpse into the film’s intense world of action, romance and drama.
Release Date Postponed
Awarapan 2 was originally scheduled to arrive in cinemas on April 3, 2026. However, the film was later postponed and is now scheduled for theatrical release on August 14, 2026, around the Indian Independence Day weekend. The release will see the film clash at the box office with Batwara 1947.
