Balaji Motion Pictures has commenced the shooting of its upcoming date night horror entertainer Ragini 3. The film, starring Tamannaah Bhatia has gone on floors in London, and the film is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2027.
Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, Ragini 3 takes the popular Indian horror franchise into a thrilling new chapter. Mixing scares with romance and unexpected turns, the film promises a fresh take on the genre, while keeping the franchise’s signature edge.
Tamannaah Bhatia has begun filming the first schedule in London. Known for effortlessly moving between commercial entertainers and performance-driven roles, the actress steps into a character that is equal parts intriguing and unpredictable, making Ragini 3 one of her most anticipated projects. She was always the one and only choice to headline Ragini 3, with the makers convinced she was the perfect fit to lead the film’s unique blend of horror, romance and humour.
Produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd., Ragini 3 is currently being filmed across London, with more details about the cast and story set to be unveiled in the coming months.
