Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar has officially begun shooting for his upcoming film with Ahaan Panday. This action romance marks Ahaan’s second Bollywood film after the massive success of Saiyaara, which was released last year.
On Monday, Ali Abbas Zafar took to his Instagram to share a picture with Ahaan Panday, seemingly clicked on the location of the shoot of their upcoming film. While the Saiyaara star looked dapper in a black outfit paired with a matching leather jacket, filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar was seen posing next to him in an all-black outfit layered with a brown jacket.
Announcing the beginning of the film’s shoot, the director wrote, “Power isn’t Given… It’s TAKEN… Ready to Roll @ahaanpandayy.” The photo went viral, and fans expressed their excitement for their film.
Ahaan Panday’s mother, Deanne Panday, wished them all the best as they commenced the shoot. “All the best team @aliabbaszafar @ahaanpandayy,” she wrote, while actor Rajat Bedi dropped red heart emojis.
Ahaan and Sharvari will play the leads in the Ali Abbas Zafar film. As per Variety India, Ahaan will jet off to London in May for the film’s shoot.
