Housefull 5 10th day box office collection: The laughter continues at the box office as Housefull 5 delivers a strong performance in its second weekend, showing solid growth and reaffirming its mass appeal. With impressive collections on Saturday and Sunday, the Akshay Kumar-led comedy has pushed its total domestic earnings to a robust Rs 162.69 crore.
After collecting Rs 6.60 crore on its second Friday, Housefull 5 witnessed a substantial jump over the weekend — earning Rs 10.21 crore on Saturday and Rs 12.30 crore on Sunday. Now, its 10 days total collection has become Rs 162.69 crores nett including Rs 133.58 from first week.
While the film has performed strongly so far, its journey ahead may not be entirely smooth. The upcoming release of Sitaare Zameen Par, a highly anticipated emotional drama starring Aamir Khan, is expected to challenge Housefull 5 for screens and audience attention.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Soundarya Sharma, Chunky Pandey, Nikitin Dheer and Johnny Lever.
