Vikrant Rona Box Office Collection Day 1: Sudeep starrer Takes A Good Opening

Kiccha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona is off to a good start at the Karnataka box office. The movie Kannada and other South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, but also in Hindi, and international languages such as English Arabic, German, Russian and Mandarin languages to a huge hype on Thursday, 28th July.

Directed by Anup Bhandari, Vikrant Rona has unfortunately got failed to make the desired impact on viewers but still managed to register an excellent opening due to the high initial buzz for the film across the country.

As per early trade reports coming in, on the opening day, Kichcha Creations, Shalini Arts and Invenio Films India’ production took a terrific start across the country and registered the opening business of 19.41 crores including 16.05 crore from Kannada. While from Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi, it has done the business of 1.60 crore, 0.10 crore, 0.55 crores and 1.11 crores respectively.

Reports also revealed that Vikrant Rona has already accumulated Rs 7.07 crores gross through advance booking. The Kannada version has witnessed a sale of 5.70 crores, while the Hindi version has added 0.65 crore.

Meanwhile, it is learned that more than 800 VFX artists have worked to create Kichcha Sudeep’s world of Vikrant Rona in 3D. The makers assembled the best VFX artists to execute the visual wonder that VR is. In order to perfect the scenes, the makers had even rehashed and planned the scenes over and again. It is being billed as the biggest 3D experience in Indian cinema.
