Fans of Silambarasan are finally happy after the first look of the Eeswaran actor from his next film, which is titled Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, was unveiled today, August 06th 2021.
Sharing the first-look poster, Simbu wrote, “#VendhuThanindhathuKaadu. Directed by @gauthamvasudevmenon. An @arrahman musical & Produced by @velsfilmintl #VTK #SilambarasanTR (sic).”
Tentatively titled STR 47, the film is directed by Gautham Menon. The Tamil film will be dubbed in Hindi. Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu will see Simbu in a never-seen-before avatar.
The first look of the film features a dishevelled Silambarasan standing in the midst of a forest fire, in what appears to be a rural drama-thriller, a far cry from his earlier romantic films with GVM.
Directed by Gautham Menon, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu will see the director, actor and music composer AR Rahman collaborating together for the third time. Though the cast and crew is yet to be revealed by the makers, the film is produced by Vels Film International.
