The latest Hollywood offering Spider-Man Far From Home is getting superb response from the audience across India. Sequel to the very successful 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, this superhero movie took an excellent start in India and witnessed a healthy growth in footfalls on Saturday as well due to positive reactions from the viewers.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man Far From Home has received mostly positive reviews from the critics as well as the audience for its crazy story-line and kickass actions. As expected the movie has got succeed to impress the Indian audience and getting a noticeable response here despite Kabir Singh, ongoing World Cup 2019.

On the opening day, the new presentation of Marvel Studios took a solid start in the morning and also recorded good growth over the evening and night shows. With an overall 35-40% of occupancy across 1900 screens in India, the movie registered the opening of 10.05 crores.

Then on Friday, it showed slight drop but still remained strong and minted the amount of 8.50 crores. On Saturday, due to a partial holiday and very positive reviews, it remained equally strong and raked the business of 9.75 crores.

With this, the total collection of the movie after 2 days has become 28.30 crores nett across India. As per current trend, it seems to rake over 38 crores by this weekend. At the worldwide box office, it is all set to register a heroic opening weekend.
