Saaho 6th Day Collection, Prabhas-Shraddha starrer Holds Well on Wednesday

After passing the 4 days at a terrific note, the year’s one of the most-awaited action thriller Saaho has recorded a drop in footfalls on Tuesday. Still, it remained good and surpassed the lifetime total of Ajay Devgn’s De De Pyaar De (103.64 crores) within 6 days of release at the domestic box office.

Starring Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Chunky Pandey in lead roles, Saaho was released amid the humongous buzz but got failed to live up to the expectations despite a solid star power. It received mostly unfavorable reviews from the critics as well as the audience due to its weak story-line.

Director Sujeeth’s action drama took a tremendous start on Friday and registered the 3rd-biggest opening of the year in Bollywood with 24.40 crores. From the next day, Saaho had recorded a normal rise in footfalls and minted the amount of 25.20 crores on Saturday.

On Sunday, at a higher note, it collected 29.48 crores and raised the opening weekend total to 79.08 crores. While, On Monday, there was a partial holiday of Ganesh Chaturthi, so UV Creations & T-Series Films’ production had managed to remain strong enough and bagged the amount of 14.20 crores.

Then on the next day i.e. Tuesday, with a further decline, Saaho minted 9.10 crores and 6.90 crores on Wednesday.  With this, its 6 days total collection to 109.28 crores nett at the domestic box office. Including all the versions- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam, it has grossed 296 crores from India and 365 crores worldwide from 8500 screens.
