Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer action flick ‘ Pushpa: The Rise’, directed by Sukumar ends its second-weekend on a superb note. The Telugu film which released on December 17 has hit the screen simultaneously in four different languages- Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam across the country.
The film is already a hit and has registered good numbers for its Hindi version, especially in the state of Maharashtra. The film is still doing well even after fresh competition at the box office. The film has already outperformed in its home state of AP/T.
The Telugu action-drama Pushpa is running successfully across India. Even with its dubbed Hindi version, the film is performing unexpectedly. In the opening week, it did the business of 26.89 crores which included 12.68 crores in the weekend and 14.21 crores on weekdays.
In the second weekend, superstar Allu Arjun starrer got affected by 83 but still shows significant growth in footfalls. On 2nd Friday, it minted 2.31 crore, while on 2nd Saturday & 2nd Sunday, the film raked 3.75 crore & 4.25 crores respectively. With this, the 10 days total collection of Pushpa (Hindi) has become 37.20 crores.
Meanwhile, not just here in India but in overseas too, Pushpa has done a brilliant job. Recently, the makers announced the movie’s huge success in the USA. The film is said to have joined the two million dollar club in the United States, in terms of collections.
