Kollywood’s superstar Suriya starrer recent offering, NGK has emerged as the biggest opener of his career. Being one of the most anticipated Tamil movies of the year, it has been released this Friday with huge hype among fans and as expected received overwhelmed response from audience across the states- Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
Directed by Selvaraghavan, NGK stars Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh opposite Suriya. All the leading actors have performed excellently and are being praised by everyone especially Suriya. For its gripping content & wonderful performances, the movie has received mostly positive reviews from the critics.
On the opening day, Selvaraghavan’s directorial this political action movie had recorded good response and registered the business of 13.70 crores across Tamil Nadu. From Kerala and rest of the country too, it had opened on a good note.
Then on the second day i.e. Friday, as usual NGK witnessed drop in its occupancy, that generally happens at South Indian box office and minted the amount of 8.14 crores. With this, 2 days total collection of the movie has become 21.84 crores from its dominated region Tamil Nadu.
Fans of Suirya are creating good buzz about NGK on social media. Also the reactions of viewers are very much favorable, so it is expected to remain steady from now over the weekend.
