Saif Ali Khan, Tabu and Alaya F starrer Jawaani Jaaneman is maintaining a steady pace in weekdays. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, Jawaani Jaaneman has received mixed reviews from critics but got succeed to impress everyone. From the audience, it is getting a good response majorly from metro cities.
Amid a decent buzz, Jawaani Jaaneman took an overall ordinary opening. Over the weekend, it had witnessed a good jump in footfalls and did the business of 12.83 crores that included 3.24 crores on Friday, 4.55 crores on Saturday & 5.04 crores on Sunday.
Then on weekdays, despite a significant drop, Pooja Entertainment’s presentation had managed to collect 2.03 crores on Monday & 1.94 crores on Tuesday. On the next day i.e. Wednesday, the film has bagged 1.86 crores and raised its 6 days total collection to 18.66 crores nett at the domestic box office.
Street Dancer 3D took a good start on the opening day but still remained under-performed throughout the first week and did the business of 56.77 crores that included 41.23 crores in the weekend & 15.54 crores on weekdays. Then in the second weekend, it managed to rake the business of 9.32 crores with 2.01 crores on Friday, 3.40 crores on Saturday & 3.91 crores on Sunday.
Now Street Dancer 3D is running on weekdays at a low but steady note. On 2nd Monday, it faced a drop and minted 1.52 crore. On 2nd Tuesday, T-Series and Remo D’Souza’s production faced a more drop and raked 1.35 crore. On the next day i.e. 2nd Wednesday, Street Dancer 3D managed to collect 1.25 crore and raised its 13 days total collection to 70.21 crores nett at the domestic box office.
