After the solid opening weekend, the latest much-awaited Hindi offering Good Newwz showed an outstanding performance on Monday as well. Despite having Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 in the opposite, the film is heading wonderfully at the domestic box office.
Directed by the debutante Raj Mehta, Good Newwz has got succeed to entertain many in theatres and gained a good word of mouth. The film has received mostly positive reviews from the critics and getting huge support from the audience on the single as well as multi-screens across India.
Dharma Movies’ presentation started the journey on a tremendous note and registered the 10th highest opening day business record of the year 2019 with 17.56 crores. With a solid uptrend over the weekend, it did the business of 21.78 crores on Saturday & 25.65 crores on Sunday.
After the weekend, the total collection of Good Newwz was recorded at 65.99 crores. Now it has entered on weekdays and still has a solid hold over the audience nationwide. On Monday, the film remained super-strong and minted the amount of 13.41 crores.
After 4 days, the total collection of Akshay-Kareena-Diljit-Kiara starrer has become 78.40 crores nett at the domestic box office from 3100 screens. With this, Good Newwz has dominated Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bala within just 4 days and all set to join the 100-crore club by Wednesday’s noon.
