Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam 2 is making all the noise at the box office. The film, released on November 18, has received raving reviews from all over. In just 10 days, the film has managed to cross Rs 143 crore.
Due to positive word of mouth, the film is showing a wonderful performance at the box office and in the second week as well, it has a strong hold over the audience worldwide. The film starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran Saran, Akshaye Khanna and Ishita Dutta in the lead roles.
After an excellent start, Drishyam 2 remained rock-solid throughout and did a business of 104.66 crores in the first week, which included 64.14 crores in the opening weekend and 40.52 crores on weekdays from 3302 screens nationwide. Now in the second week as well, the film is getting a terrific response at the box office.
Panorama Studios, Viacom18 Studios and T-Series Films’ production recorded a usual drop on the 2nd Friday and minted the amount of 7.87 crores. On 2nd Saturday, it retained the pace and bagged 14.05 crores. While on 2nd Sunday, the film witnessed a good jump and scored 17.32 crores on the board.
With this, the total collection of Drishyam 2 after 10 days has become 143.90 crores at the domestic box office.
