Disha Patani Shares Her Workout Video, Doesn’t Skip The Gym Even On A Sunday

Disha Patani is hands down one of fittest actresses in the town today. She has always been very committed to her workout routine, considering it a non-negotiable in her day. Disha by far is the most dedicated person you will meet when it comes to fitness. She trains every day for an hour.

Despite today being a Sunday, Disha took to her social media to share her latest workout achievement in the gym. Taking to the caption, she wrote “Just another day in the life…”.

In the video, Disha could be seen donning a black jacket with matching black shorts, her hair pulled back in a ponytail. She performed a number of Barbell workouts with grace. The very first exercise in the clip revealed the actor performing lunges with a heavy-weighted Barbell placed on her shoulder.

In the next one, she executed a One Leg Step-Ups upon a workout box, having a mirror attached to it, and as for the last set of exercises, Disha carried out leg compresses on another piece of equipment. She also performed some weightlifting as well, Disha was accompanied by her trainer, Rajendra Dhole during her workout.

On the work front, the actress is currently busy promoting her forthcoming film ‘Ek Villain Returns”. Apart from that, a few months ago Disha finished shooting for Dharma production’s Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra.
