Marking the pious occasion of Navratri, Ayodhya hosts live Ram Leela every year celebrating the different chapters of the mythology. This year, Bhagyashree took the opportunity to slip into the character of Sita, sharing her gratitude for the same, she posted a heartfelt post on social media.
Bhagyashree said, “SIYA RAMCHANDRA KI JAI Last night was blessed to be able to be in Ayodhya for Ramleela, as Sita Maiya! Unbelievable to be able to connect with 10crore people worldwide watching this great epic streamed live. Due to pandemic, instead of a live audience, this year Ram Leela is being streamed online and broadcasted on National Television.
Offering a glimpse into the grand celebration, Bhagyashree shared pictures and videos from Ayodhaya, dressed as Sita as well as from the stage.
After impressing the audience with her performance in Thalaivii as Jayalalithaa’s mother recently, Bhagyashree is currently looking ahead to a packed schedule.
