Udta Teer 3rd day box office collection: Udta Teer has recorded a positive trend at the box office after a slow start on Friday morning. The Hindi-language spy comedy witnessed substantial growth from Friday evening onwards, followed by a strong jump on Saturday and further improvement on Sunday. The film has collected an estimated Rs 19.56 crore in its opening weekend, giving it a decent start at the box office.
Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles, the film has benefited from improved audience turnout over the weekend. However, its performance during the weekdays will be crucial in determining whether it can maintain its momentum and build a respectable first-week total.
On Day 3 (Sunday), Udta Teer reportedly collected Rs 8.21 crore, registering a growth of 13.24% compared with Saturday. The film had earned Rs 7.25 crore on Day 2, marking an impressive 76.83% increase over its opening-day collection of Rs 4.10 crore.
This upward trend is encouraging for the makers, as sustained growth over the opening weekend can help a film establish a stronger box office position. However, weekend figures alone do not guarantee a successful theatrical run. The Monday collection will provide a clearer indication of the film’s actual audience hold.
Udta Teer is a Hindi-language spy comedy film written and directed by Aakash Kaushik, marking his directorial debut. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Guneet Monga, Apoorva Mehta and Achin Jain under the banners of Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment.
