The much-anticipated trailer of Peddi will be launched on May 16, 2026, at a grand event in Bhopal, according to Variety India.
The event is expected to be attended by lead actors Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, along with director Buchi Babu Sana, producer Venkata Satish Kilaru, and filmmaker Sukumar. Oscar-winning composer A. R. Rahman is also expected to perform live at the launch.
Preparations for the trailer event are already underway in Bhopal, with the makers planning the launch on a massive scale. The event is expected to draw huge crowds and further amplify anticipation surrounding the film.
The film has already generated significant online buzz, particularly over Ram Charan’s rugged transformation and earthy rural look, which marks a notable departure from his recent polished commercial roles.
Sukumar recently visited the sets of Peddi and is said to have praised both the filmed footage and the promotional material.
Presented by Mythri Movie Makers and produced by Vriddhi Cinemas, Peddi is scheduled to release on June 4, 2026. The film also stars Shivarajkumar, Divyenndu, and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
