In a stunning performance at the global box office, the Hindi-language romantic comedy horror film ‘Thamma’ has surged past the Rs 200 crore gross mark worldwide on its 20th day of release, coinciding with its third Sunday at the cinemas.
Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal, the film, which is the fifth installment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, continues its impressive run. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, ‘Thamma’ hit theaters on October 21, 2025, on the occasion of Diwali.
The film’s performance on Day 20 (Third Sunday) showcased a significant jump, especially over the weekend, pushing its cumulative numbers to a new high.
