SSKTK 2nd day box office collection: After a decent start at the box office on Thursday, Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” witnessed a noticeable dip in its earnings on Day 2.
On its opening day (Thursday), the film earned Rs 10.11 crore, while Day 2 (Friday) saw a decline, collecting Rs 6.01 crore. With this, the film’s total two-day collection stands at Rs 16.12 crore. The drop was expected due to it being a working weekday, but all eyes are now on the weekend performance.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari faces stiff competition from Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kantara Chapter 1‘, the Kannada prequel that has stormed the box office.
The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan, who previously helmed Varun Dhawan in Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, and Janhvi Kapoor in Dhadak.
Produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions, the film’s ensemble cast includes Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, Abhinav Sharma, and Akshay Oberoi.
