Tiger Zinda Hai 8th Day Collection, Salman-Katrina’s Film Crosses 217 Cr Total till 2nd Friday

Tiger Zinda Hai box office collection is one of the most talked about topics in the last few days. The best thing about it is it’s never getting boring. Since a long time Bollywood was craving for a gritty espionage thriller and Ali Abbas Zafar has gifted us one. This becomes more special when it had names like Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif connected with it.

Yes, it is a sequel to Ek Tha Tiger but bringing in a new director to lead the new installment has not always been a favorable option for many. Ek Tha Tiger was a blockbuster back then and was directed by Kabir Khan who also did Bajrangi Bhaijaan with Salman which also is his highest grossing movie till date.

In the opening weekend, Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial recorded outstanding occupancy on Indian screens and did the incredible business of 114.93 crores, which included 34.10 crores of Friday, 35.30 crores of Saturday and 45.53 crores of Sunday. Then in weekdays, despite normal working days it remained almost equally strong and registered 91.11 crores including 36.54 crores of Monday, 21.60 crores of Tuesday, 17.55 crores of Wednesday and 15.42 crores of Thursday.

After the opening week, total collection of Tiger Zinda Hai was recorded as 206.04 crores on domestic box office. From international market too, the movie has reported quite impressive performance and grossed 79.84 crores from there till Thursday. Now this YRF’s recent presentation has entered in its second weekend and witnessed almost similar response on its 2nd Friday as previous day.

As per the report, it has minted the amount of 11.56 crores, which has made its 8 days domestic total as 217.60 crores. After Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman Khan has Remo D’Souza’s Race 3 to look forward to. Race 3 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hedge, Daisy Shah, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol.
