Tiger Zinda Hai 29th Day Collection, Salman’s Film Enters in 5th Week with Decent Hold

The highly awaited action-thriller of last year, Tiger Zinda Hai has completed its four weeks journey on box office and showed very impressive performance so far. This superstar Salman Khan starrer was released with enormous hype among his fans as well as audience and as expected received overwhelmed response from everyone across the country and overseas as well.

With massive initial buzz, Tiger Zinda Hai started its journey on an exceptional note and registered the phenomenal business of 206.04 crores in its opening week. In its second week too, the movie remained very strong and did the business of 85.51 crores. In its third week, Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial witnessed some loss in its pace but still managed to rake good business of 27.31 crores.

Despite the new awaited Hindi offering, Tiger Zinda Hai had enough hold over the audience in its fourth week too and added the total of 10.89 crores. After 4 weeks, total collection of the movie was recorded as 329.75 crores on domestic box office. Not only from India but from international market too, it reported quite excellent business of 126.89 crores till 18th January.

Now it has entered in its fifth week and running in weekend now. On its fifth Friday, Tiger Zinda Hai reported slight jump than previous day and minted the amount of 0.79 crore, which has made its 29 days domestic total as 330.54 crores. Till 25th of January there is no big hurdle for the movie, so it can add approx. 2-3 crores more to its account by this week.

This Ali Abbas film is a sequel to the blockbuster 2012 film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and is inspired by the real-life incident of the rescue of Indian nurses held hostage in Iraq by terrorists. With each passing day, the film is heading towards a bigger number at the box-office and apart from the gripping storyline, Salman and Katrina’s chemistry has also been the talking point of the film.
