Tamasha is an upcoming Indian romantic drama film directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It stars Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. Tamasha tells the story of character “Ved” (played by Ranbir Kapoor) who loses his self by living according to the social conventions expected of him. The film score and soundtrack album are composed by A. R. Rahman, with lyrics from Irshad Kamil. Tamasha is scheduled to release on 27 November 2015. Censor Board gave UA certificate to the film. Tamasha is the second film the two are doing together, after Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Deepika will also be seen playing the role of Mastani in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani, which also stars Ranveer Singh as Bajirao and Priyanka Chopra as Kashibai. RK on the other hand was earlier shooting for Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma, before starting his promotional spree for Tamasha. Anyhow, according to the updates and reports received is movie budget around 60 Crores*. The Movie is releasing around 2500+ Screens.
