Srimanthudu Total Box Office Collection
Mahesh Babu’s acting, his dialogues, good background score with Koratala Siva’s good narration were the underlining parts of Srimanthudu. The contrasting reports have created confusions in the minds of Tollywood fans, whether the movie has collected Rs. 200 crore or is yet to reach the mark. Nonetheless, the business made by the Mahesh Babu is considered as a remarkable achievement as making so much of business in limited market is not an easy task for a South Indian film. Moreover, the film was released even before the “Baahubali” fever came to an end and the fans’ expectations were obviously very high. Meanwhile, This year we have couple of hits like S/o Satyamurthy that had a 50-day run in 57 centres nearly and Baahubali scored half-century in 129 centres in two Telugu states. Coming to Srimanthudu, the film is running on 50th day in close to 185 theatres as per the producers’ official statement. Gone are the days of 100, 150 and 175 days records, and ’50’ is the new crown in the game. So, “Srimanthudu” bagged that crown too. Released on August 7th, the film finishes 50 days run by today (Friday, 25th September).
